Our primary focus as an organization has been servicing the insurance and healthcare industry to further grow its business initiatives. However, many organizations may require a solution to close down a division or exit a line of business in order to reach their long-term objectives. As a result, we have expanded our services to meet the needs of our clients to manage and reduce their liabilities and administrative expenses for these closed blocks of business.

Some of the services that we offer include retrospective underwriting reviews, actuarial services, claims management, financial reporting and administrative services. We will also assist clients in the sale of blocks of business including reserve buyouts and commutation settlements of existing agreements.
